According to the video footage both hands and eyes of men were tied with black cloth, they were nude and
forcibly taken away by the Lankan army and later on they all were shot dead.
During the time of war military personals will sacrifice their lives for motherland. They will arrest the war criminal but never kills persons surrender to the Army. By killing these individuals Lankan army has violated the international law.
Death penalty which imposed end of the war consider as war criminal activity.
International laws clearly brief about suspects arrested during the time of war and also about sexually abused women. However international law fail to brief about children killed in the war.
Today Puthiya Thalaimurai will release evident on child killed by the Lankan government.

We were able to identify the body of Balachandran. It’s unable to identify the boy brutally shot dead in this video footage. We believe several other children were also killed in same manner.
