'Uthayan' news paper office attacked at Killinochchie

Group of unidentified persons attacked the Uthayan newspaper office at Killinochchie this morning. Two workers engage in the papers distribution work was severely injured and rushed to the hospital.
Office at the Karadipoku junction Killinochchie was completely damaged and several other individuals faced minor injuries.

Killinochchie police conduct further investigations this regard.

In the recent past number newspaper distributors were targeted in the Vanni district. Due to these situation news paper distributors faces major threats to sell their papers in the district.
