India&39;s aim is not for regional superpower - Ashok K.Kantha

India did not utilize its military out of the country, other than only for the use of UN Peace Keeping force or on the request made by a country.India will always execute activities in the objective of affirming its security.  “We did not at any time function in the aim of acquiring powers or adopting the policy of befitting the regional superpower was mentioned yesterday by Indian High Commissioner for Sri Lanka Ashok K.Kantha.

Indian High Commissioner attended an event held at the Defense Service Training College located at Sappukaskantha and made this statement.
 His address was under the theme “external security policy of India". He stated that India does not have the aim of becoming a regional superpower.
He said, from the start,   intimate relationships are between India and Sri Lanka. Both countries are continuously maintaining the relationship culturally and safety wise.
India did not utilize its military out of the country, other than only for the use of UN Peace Keeping force or on the request made by a country.
India always functions in affirming its safety. It did not function in the aim of acquiring powers or in the objective of embracing a regional superpower policy.
