Singer Pitbull's 2011's song “Give Me Everything” written by Ne-Yo and Afrojack, seems to have ticked off actress Lindsay Lohan, provoking her to file a case against him.
As the song has her name in the lyrics “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan”, Lohan via her attorney, claimed that “the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.”
However, the New York Federal judge turned her claims down, saying that the song has her name in one line of its lyrics and her claim has proved fatal.
