Second year students of the Peradiniya University met new comers from the Jaffna peninsula at Nallu kovil premises this morning.
During the time of discussion group of unidentified personals have suddenly arrive to the area have ordered the students vacate the site with an immediate effect and also carried out attack against them. Group of students were attacked at this attack.
Chancellors and the lecturer of the Jaffna University visited the site and questioned about the attack and advised to leave the area.
