Shooting in US mall: 3 feared killed

Three persons were reportedly killed in a shooting incident in a mall in Maryland on Saturday morning, police said. It was not known, however, as how many people were injured or how many shooters were involved in the attack. According to the
Huffington Post, Howard County police informed that a shooting took place at a mall in Columbia, a suburb of Baltimore and Washington, through twitter post.

The Howard County fire and emergency services department later informed through the Twitter that the police and rescuers were responding to the shooter(s) in the mall. The tweet was sent around 12.30 pm local time. The mall opens at 10 am on Saturdays.

The shooting took place around 11.15 am, reports said. Twitter images reportedly gathered from the scene showed mall employees and customers taking shelter inside a stock room. Another Twitter image reportedly showed a wall riddled with bullet.
