UN Human Rights Commission Navaneetham Pillay visited Jaffna on Monday evening.
Commissioner reached Jaffna peninsula at 7.00 pm in special flight.
She visited the newly constructed hospital. Japanese government grants financial support to this construction work.
Commissioner schedule to travel in the A9 road tomorrow and also will visit war affected areas meet war victims.
